I would like you to describe in what way HTML5 "*Improves* markup for 
documents". So, you could say, "Improves markup for documents by 
specifying a new syntax, a processing model, language for documents, and 
APIs for applications, all of which were missing from HTML4".

Also, I'm a little bit confused... and this might be a point of 
contention... is this differences document about the difference between 
the HTML specifications or the *concept* of HTML4.01 vs HTML5?
