RE: Checking In

Hi Brent and all

Sorry I wasn’t on the call yesterday, I meant to let you know it was Australia Day here and a public holiday. Harjit has now populated the whole spreadsheet (yay!), and I’m attaching a copy here for you. I’m very appreciative of her hard work, and I’ve now asked her to add in another column to show duplicate locations for links as some of them show up in various topics and it would be good to make sure we don’t miss any when we update them.

I look forward to your thoughts and ideas on how to proceed best from this point.

Perhaps the other team leads could add in comments on the various resources they are working on and anticipated dates for completion?

Regards

Hi Vivienne,

Thank you for the efforts. I am sharing these messages (combined) with the planning team just to keep them in the loop. We can get an update from you at the EO meeting as well.

Thanks,
Brent

Hi Brent
Unfortunately today went ‘south’ very quickly. I’m attaching where I’ve got to on the Excel sheet. I might have time to do a bit more work this evening, but this will at least let you see how I’ve put in Shawn’s comments into the ‘outcome’ column and added some more links and info.

I will go through the process with Harjit tonight if possible, and see if I can get her to copy the links into the sheet and my notes from the MS Word document. It will give her a good opportunity to see what the resources look like. I won’t get her to make any notes or outcomes recommendations though, as she is not familiar enough with the processes of EO.

Hi Brent
I have done some more work on the spreadsheet and am getting it into shape. I’m thinking of showing Harjit how to add the links to the sheet so that I can start to incorporate more decisions. I’ve added all of Shawn’s comments on the various resources, so it is getting there. I’m hoping to be able to give an update at tomorrow’s meeting and share it with you before then. It won’t be completely populated, but you’ll be able to see where I’m going with it.

Regards

Vivienne

Hi You Two,

I hope that you both are doing well in the new year, and not making any resolutions that you can't keep. :)

I just wanted to check in with you about the Dev Training & Pres spreadsheet. Once you have all the data filled in please send it in to the planning team and I promise that we will look at it right away. We will make any edits or corrections and get it back to you both so that you can have time to finish up the page.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can assist with as well.
Thanks,
Brent
