Features beyond HTML5

Based on advice from the chairs, I've created a new draft where I'll be
putting some experimental work beyond HTML5:

   http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-device/

This is work based on some of the "device"-related work in the
public-device-api@w3.org mailing list. It's purely experimental at this
point.

Related to this, the WHATWG has moved its copy of the HTML5 to:

   http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/html5/

The previous URL:

   http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/

...now includes the experimental device feature mentioned above. This
change doesn't really affect the W3C HTML WG, but I wanted to keep people
here in the loop, in case anyone was relying on the WHATWG copy.
