Jonthan:  I'd like to ask you the same question I asked Ashok about his 
action.  I think your draft represents real progress, and it seems to be 
ready for discussion.  I note, however, that you have not marked 
ACTION-348 as pending review.  Do you recommend I schedule discussion on 
this week's telcon, or would you prefer to go further in email and discuss 
later?  Thank you.

Well there is one more thing someone could do, assuming this
pessimistic draft is viewed favorably, which is to bring the problem
to the attention of the HTTP WG, which might choose to issue a
security warning and/or change the wording for 307 et al.
