Towards our First Public Working Draft (was Re: ISSUE-8 changes completed LDBP=>LDP)

Thanks Steve for the quick turnover.

All,
As discussed on yesterday's call, to stay on schedule we need to approve 
publication of this draft as our First Public Working Draft on our next 
call (Monday 10/22).

So, please, review the draft and if there is something you think is a 
showstopper speak up.

Remember that the goal is clearly not to have a perfect document but 
merely to give the world an idea of where we are.

I have completed the changes needed for ISSUE-8 and added the new open 
ISSUES
- Includes renaming of the file from ldbp.html->ldp.html
- Change "basic profile" to "platform"
- Change shortnames BPR->LDPR and BPC->LDPC
- Fixed ns prefix and namespace in examples
