Re: ssn call this week (point 2: commit workkflow)

Hi,

For point 2 (commit workflow), here is some background material and
thoughts on how we use GitHub in the WG which has prompted me raising this
topic at the last meeting.

I had a look at the current use of GitHub in W3C, learned a few things
which I'm not sure have been fully shared with the SDW community,
espeically from these resources:

I like [3] especially because it uses a kanban board:
https://waffle.io/w3c/svgwg with the columns which matches well what's
going on in a WG:
- Incoming
- Needs WG input
- Needs Data
- Needs Resolution
- On the Agenda
- Needs Editing
- Needs removal
- Done

I hope this explains why I've made the point about us not having a
dashboard at the last SSN teleconf: as a newcomer in the WG it was hard for
me to understand which issues were the most important to discuss.

Looks like Linda has a wiki page to capture some similar type of
information about what's going on ("Sprint plan") for the BP sub-group:

but I'm not sure where I can find the equivalent page for SSN (and for OWL
Time)
