Batch closing of TCS issues

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to go through all the old issues to see what substantive issues we still need to discuss on TCS. In doing so, I’ve found that the considerable majority of open issues are no longer relevant as the questions they raised have been subsumed into other issues. Therefore, I propose to close the following issues without discussion. Please let me know if you object because you think there are unresolved substantive questions raised by a particular issue.

ISSUE-22 (“operational use” of data) — This has been subsumed by the specific permitted uses. http://www.w3.org/2011/tracking-protection/track/issues/22
