on specialization/alternate/membership (ISSUE-525)

Dear all,

Bob has a point here, and we could add a clarifying sentence.

I propose the following:

Membership/Specialization/Alternate are not defined as Influence, and
therefore do not have an id and attributes.

Do I have support for this change to the document?
Luc
