DCAT Definitions

Hi,

I like the way that the DCAT document has been layer out. However, I think it would benefit from including the textual definition for the Classes and Properties in the tables.

Instead of
Property: title

A name given to the catalog.

RDF Property:	dct:title
Range:	rdfs:Literal

I would suggest
Property: title

RDF Property:	dct:title
Definition:	A name given to the catalog.
Range:	rdfs:Literal

BTW, 'class' needs to be capitalised in the first table in Section 5.1.
