Re: PROV-ISSUE-346 (distinguish-constraints): types of constraints unclear [prov-dm-constraints]

I have attempted to address this issue in the review version of PROV-CONSTRAINTS that will be made available tomorrow.  I am marking it as "pending review", and one of the review questions for PROV-CONSTRAINTS will concern whether this issue has been addressed.
