WCAG-ISSUE-38 (SCR37-dialogue): SCR37 is a non-modal dialogue http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/track/issues/38 Raised by: David MacDonald On product: I just noticed that the dialogue box in scr37 is non modal at least in FF, which causes focus to drop into the background... almost never would we want to show that, because of the confusion it causes...
