PROV-ISSUE-486: The XSD for communication includes an optional element for time [XML Serialization] http://www.w3.org/2011/prov/track/issues/486 Raised by: Curt Tilmes On product: XML Serialization In PROV-DM, wasInformedBy(id; a2, a1, attrs) doesn't explicitly refer to time, yet in the XSD, http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/xml/prov.xsd.html#type_WasInformedBy there is an optional time element. Do we really want to allow that to be specified for wasInformedBy?
