SC 1.3.2 requires attention to LOGICAL reading order (denoted in PDF via "tags"), not the order of the PDF content stream. Examples 5 and 6 reflect Adobe tool functionality specific to reordering the content stream.

Proposed Change:
Delete examples 5 and 6.
