I18N-ISSUE-86: Option for 1 digit hour [HTML5-prep] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/86 Raised by: Addison Phillips On product: HTML5-prep 2.5.5.3 Times http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/common-microsyntaxes.html#times In parsing a 'time' value, the rule for the hours section is: "Two digits, representing hour, in the range 0 ≤ hour ≤ 23". Should this optionally allow only one digit?
