Issue-60 - open - Define requirements for XML Security and EXI usage

This issue is still open. There is a statement in "Efficient XML
Interchange (EXI) Impacts stating" working draft (September 2008,
http://www.w3.org/TR/exi-impacts/#xml-signature) "In the future, XML
use could be avoided completely by using a URI that designates a
to-be-defined EXI canonicalization algorithm, rather than an XML
canonicalization." I could not find a reference to EXI as part of XML
security working group documentation to close this.
