RE: dwbp-ISSUE-92 (Dropping Formats): OK to drop last word of 'Requirements for Data Formats' from challenges/req list? [Use Cases & Requirements Document]

Propse to leave section title as 'Data Formats', as all reqs included only relate to formats. Location (now GeographicalContext) is now in Metadata section. Also, the title 'Data' is too vague

I'd like to drop the word 'Formats' from the challenge of 'Requirements for data Formats' since some issues And I think some future ones) are about data but not formats. R-Location being one.
