column rules in overflow (RE: [css3-multicol] test suite)

It seems there is an agreement that column rules should be drawn between overflow columns too. Can we have it resolved and added to the spec?

Perhaps "8.2. Overflow outside multicol elements" should add

"Column rules are drawn between the additional columns"

immediately before the examples?

I think so. :) Consider also that if you set overflow: scroll; on a height-constrained multicol with columns spilling to the right, you do want those extra columns to have their column rules. ;)
