It seems there is an agreement that column rules should be drawn between overflow columns too. Can we have it resolved and added to the spec? Perhaps "8.2. I think so. :) Consider also that if you set overflow: scroll; on a height-constrained multicol with columns spilling to the right, you do want those extra columns to have their column rules. ;) ~fantasai
