It appears (assuming the test cases are correct) that two parse errors are required when EOF occurs inside 'SYSTEM' or 'PUBLIC' in doctypes. This is silly. Let's make it one error. -- Henri Sivonen hsivonen@iki.fi http://hsivonen.iki.fi/
