I've updated the CSS3-UI editor's draft accordingly:

http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-ui/

In addition, I've added:
* ime-mode (already unprefixed interop between FF3+ and IE5+/Windows)
* box-sizing:padding-box (implemented in FF on -moz-box-sizing only)

All have been explicitly called out as at-risk.

There are very few open issues remaining against CSS3-UI and I'd like
to get another LCWD published some time next week if that's a
possibility.

Please let me know (or edit the wiki) if you know of any issues that
should block publishing a public LCWD. Keep in mind that we can drop
anything from LCWD to CR, and that we can drop anything "at-risk" from
CR to PR.
