[All] Prague prep, action item timing

Hi all,

I made some clean up of action items, see

Can you check if the timing is realistic? One important part of Prague will
be to have a clear plan for the time until end of November.

Also, there are two action items that would be very valuable to have input
for - David, Shaun, can you have a look?
