[All] action item clean up and publication schedule

Hi all,

I did action item and issue clean up, see also some questions below.

0) To be done before the publication
Shaun, Jirka, maybe Arle or Yves: do we have a volunteer to put the update
of disambiguation into the draft? That is,
take the word doc attached to
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Oct/0157.html
and implement Yves' comment at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Oct/0174.html
with that we would have "only" the tool information and provenance issue on
our plate.

It would be great to get this done by Thursday (including maybe some
editor's notes in the spec), so that we could publish the week after. Who
wants to be a hero? :)

I will send out a "call for consensus" about the publication on Friday.
Note again the publication moratorium during TPAC week. So I need to send
the publication request on Tuesday the latest. If you have comments before
the publication, please send them now.
