Yes, the issue can be closed.

Minor note - the constraint mentions "wasDerivedFrom(id, e2,e1)", but
this ASN does not seem to be defined in the derivation section. I
think it should be "wasDerivedFrom(id, e2, e1, attrs)". Or does it
mean empty attribute set (so default prov:steps="n")?
