Updated Modelling Opportunity Data Editors Draft, timeline for 1.1

Hi,

I've published an updated editors draft of the opportunity data model. The
latest version be found here:

The updated draft includes revisions based on the following proposals:

Modelling of facilities

ageRange

I'd like to review these changes in our community group call next week.

Unless there are any strong objections then I aim to publish this draft as
version 1.1 of the specification by 1st May.

The following two proposals are also in line for inclusion:

1) Specifying amenities
https://github.com/openactive/modelling-opportunity-data/issues/70

This has been discussed during a recent community group call, and is
largely drawing on existing schema.org terms. So, pending any objections, I
will be updating the draft to include this.

2) Special Requirements
https://github.com/openactive/modelling-opportunity-data/issues/67

This needs further discussion and feedback from the group, so please
provide feedback on the issue. We can also discuss on Weds.
