Review of UC4.42: Geospatial extensions to domain-independent metadata schemas

1. Proposed revisions: Based on the current list of requirements, the
current list of “Issues to be addressed” listed in this UC should be
revised as follows:

- Recommendations on the use of HTTP URIs for geospatial data and metadata
- Recommendations on the representation of geometries, and for the
specification of bounding boxes, centroids, etc.
- Recommendations on the representation of spatial coverage (not
limited to geometries)
- Recommendations on the representation of temporal coverage
- Recommendations for the specification of spatial and temporal
reference systems
- Recommendations for the specification of spatial and temporal resolution
- Recommendations on the representation of data quality and lineage (provenance)
- Support to multilingual metadata
