List of changes since the IMSC1 CR

Good morning/evening,

Per ACTION-381 and for consideration at our next meeting, please find
below a summary of changes since the IMSC1 CR.

- ISSUE-364: relaxed constraint between the extents of the root
container and the dimensions of the related video object frame
- ISSUE-367: adopted initial values for tts:displayAlign and
tts:textAlign initial values defined in TTML 1SE
- ISSUE-375: clarified constraints on ebutts:linePadding and
ebutts:multiRowAlign position per EBU-TT-D normative reference
- ISSUE-377: adopted rounding rules defined in TTML 1SE
- ISSUE-378: removed constraint between the product of ttp:frameRate
and ttp:frameRateMultiplier and the frame rate of the related video
object
