Re: multilinguality

Hello Kerry,

We could say that we want ontologies that have something to do with our
domain (spatiotermporal data) to be multilingual. Although it is a general
good practice for any ontology, we could make it an explicit requirement
for the ontologies that are going to be addressed by the Working Group. If
put this way (spatiotemporal vocabularies should have multilingual
annotation), I think the requirement can be considered in scope.
