I'd suggest an RDF ontology published at the name space, with an html view over it (producing rdfa perhaps). And
then another group can work on a crystallisation of the json into the particular syntax the json people  care about. I think this group will have done the best by having an ontology.

Sadly we are still discussing the same issues now in json land. Luckily JavaScript is not far away,
so that at least the tooling can easily be adapted.
