[WebAssembly Working Group]

Hi everyone,

The JavaScript BigInt to WebAssembly 64 integration
<https://github.com/WebAssembly/JS-BigInt-integration> proposal has
recently advanced to phase 4. Advancing to phase 5
<https://github.com/WebAssembly/meetings/blob/master/process/phases.md#5-the-feature-is-standardized-working-group>
requires agreement from the Working Group.

The PR to merge this proposal into the spec can be found here:

If you have any concerns about advancing this proposal to phase 5, please
respond to this thread or directly to me, before June 3rd.
