fragment identifiers for HTML with AJAX apps

I'd like 10 minutes on the F2F agenda for some help with ACTION-508  http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/group/track/actions/508. Perhaps there needs to be a separate document on fragment identifiers for MIME types with active content?

Preferably after any TAG agenda items talking about fragment identifiers.

In the meanwhile I bumped the date on ACTION-508.
