TAG switching to Tracker for Issues List maintenance and Action Item tracking.

As you'll proably have observed from the recent announcements of two new
issues [1,2] we are now using Tracker [3] to track TAG issues and action
items. Whilst the TAG continue to give our issues 'nicknames' eg:
httpRange-14, tracker is really only interested in their' number eg
"ISSUE-14" or simply 14.

The W3C system has transferred a considerable amount of the information
in our old issues list page [4] into the TAG's tracker pages [5]. As far
as possible we will be using tracker to track the closer of new and
existing TAG issues and action items.

Tracker scans email messages[6] sent to both tag@w3.org and
www-tag@w3.org for strings of the form "ISSUE-nn" and "ACTION-nn" and
will add cross-reference into a web page about the corresponding action
item or issue eg.

	http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/group/track/issues/14
	http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/group/track/actions/6

In order to maintain as comprehensive a cross reference of message
relevant to issues and action items, PLEASE could you:

1) For postings about a tag issue: Include *BOTH* the issues nickname,
eg. httpRange-14, and tracker issue string, eg. "ISSUE-14" in the
subject line.
[ISSUE-nn will attract tracker's attention; the nick name will
attract a TAG members attention :-)]

2) For postings about action items, please include the relevant tracker
action item string, eg "ACTION-6" anywhere in the message (but ideally
in the subject line).

Many thanks

Stuart Williams
