Re: Agenda for April 30 TPWG call

Actually, as we discussed on the last call, that proposal will be changed (per David Singer's suggestion) to delete the UA requirements from TCS entirely and rely instead on the consensus language we've worked on in TPE.

I will update the Wiki today.
