GK noted "Removed "normal" here."

But it occurs in several places in the document:

"normal web mechanisms."
"using normal web retrieval"
"On the Web, the normal mechanism for retrieving information"
"dereference the URI using normal retrieval mechanisms"
"Normal HTTP content negotiation"

I recommend to either:

1) remove "normal" in each of these usages.
2) specify somewhere what "normal" means (as opposed to, e.g., _not_ normal HTTP content negotiation).
