Note that the same issue exists for normal messages as well, i.e. InterfaceMessageReference components defined on inherited operations. If qualified name of child interface is used to construct default wsa:Action uri, the property may not be unique, i.e. when more than one operation has the same local name. A straightforward solution to this problem is that the wsa:Action property should be inherited along with the inherited components.
