Reporting on QT3 test results for the 3.1 Specs

Dear All,

As promised in the telcon last week. I have now published preliminary reports for the result from Saxonica of the QT3 test suite. Here we are focusing on the 3.1 Specs:

There were some disputed test cases which we did not run, we noted the reasons why in the results file.

I encourage other vendors to send in their results ASAP!
