Re: Uniform access to descriptions

[Re-sending so that I can alert the tracker that this is related to
ISSUE-57, a.k.a. httpRedirections-57 http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/group/
track/issues/57 , and my action item ACTION-122 http://www.w3.org/
2001/tag/group/track/actions/122 ]

I wanted to say that I've collated links to all the use cases I know
of so far in the 'Use Cases' section of

http://esw.w3.org/topic/FindingResourceDescriptions

To be completely diligent, I would summarize each and point out its
salient features. Someone who is short on time (such as the TAG
member who asked for this use case list in the first place) may have
a hard time slogging through all this material. Perhaps I will do
this in the next couple of weeks.

In any case, if you have others to add to the set, I'd be happy to
see them. (I'm sure I've omitted some obvious ones - such as those
given in documents I've linked to elsewhere on the page.) I'd
especially like to receive use cases from Mark Nottingham, Patrick
Stickler, Henry Thompson, and/or their self-appointed proxies.

Best
Jonathan
