In addition:
1. Luis to send example of quality of measurement (aka measurementcapability) encoded in MMI device ontology to 
Michael and Michael to use it to develop a comparison wrt isses discusssed today.

2. Kerry to post on the tracker/mailing list seeking expressions of interest from people (members) willing to
lead the member submission - in anticipation of a decision (and vote ---see ACTION above) for the next XG meeting.
