NSD implementation

Hi,

We recently outsourced an implementation of the W3C NSD API as a WebKit module.
Except Promise, the API is close to the current spec.
It supports most features, except DIAL probably.

We prototyped a UI for it as well.
Some screencasts are uploaded on YouTube for those that want to have a look at it.
