How about adapting that one:
http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/docs/tests/README.html
as follows:

 1) Explaining how to run the tests in a separate new section
 2) Putting something like
    http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/r2
    auto-generated and adapted to the SPARQL1.1 test cases in the appendix.
