Re: PROV-O's cross reference index

Tracker, this is ISSUE-461

May we close this issue now?

As a follow-on, Graham is asking for the entry numbers in the top level list, too. I have reservations about doing this but promised that I would explore it.
I believe that this issue is closed, and this follow-on request is worthy of another issue that could use more support from others if it is an important editorial feature that the group thinks we need.
