Re: ACTION-182 and Issue-27

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately that's out of my hands at the moment; IANA is in the process of setting up the registry. However, I've been discussing it with them, and the impression that I get is that it's imminent. 

After they set up the registry, the RFC editor will unblock (see <http://www.rfc-editor.org/queue2.html#State_Names>; we're currently in the IANA state) and we'll continue the process.

Note that the mailing lists are set up, so we can start discussing proposed registrations now.
