Where are you seeing this? I can't find where “Tool” was removed from this phrase anywhere. I wonder if the track changes bit is confusing you because, for some reason, it is showing the change from "Tool related provenance information" to "Tool-related provenance information" (i.e, adding a hyphen) as a deletion and insertion. But if something is missing that I'm not finding, I obviously want to fix that. Can you confirm?
