Re: Call notes

Hi Jerven,

I've had a look through the file, unfortunately there are some slight errors in the RDF so I could not run it through any tools at this end, e.g. you have rdf:seeAlso rather than rdfs:seeAlso.

With regard to the specification, I am treating this as a versioned-formatted dataset description for the RDF version of your data. You should also create the unversioned-unformatted and the version-unformatted descriptions. I guess we will touch on this in the call today.

Below are specific comments about the MUST and SHOULD properties that have been omitted or incorrectly stated; I have not mentioned MAY properties.
MUST
No dcterms:description provided
No dcterms:created or pav:createdOn
You have used foaf:homepage where we agreed to use foaf:page
SHOULD
Languages that the dataset is available in have not been specified

I see that you have included the date issued (although again my validation tool did not like this due to the datatype declaration) and lots of statistics about the various subsets of data that you have identified within UniProt (I have not looked at these in detail).

Please note that the W3C HCLS community profile is still evolving, but it is great to see you making a start on generating the descriptions.
