No.

"chat", "chat"@en and "chat"@en-GB are completely different and unrelated things from the point of view of the Semantics document.

So if "chat", "chat"^^rdflang:en and "chat"^^rdflang:en-GB are also completely different and unrelated things, then we're no worse off than before.
