Action-300

My action-300: http://www.w3.org/2009/dap/track/actions/300 was mentioned in the call yesterday.

I have created a set of use cases. However, as W3C is starting up a WEB-RTC working group my view is that these use cases should be submitted to this group instead. Of course I could send the use cases to DAP as well but I am not sure that we should start a discussion around this in DAP.
