LC publication

Eric, Souri,

Looking at the logs it looks like you've implemented the yesterday's
resolutions. The next step is the publication of the LC Working
Drafts. To this end, I've prepared two folders that will serve as the
basis for the publication:

[1] http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/directMapping/WD-rdb-direct-mapping-20110914/

[2] http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/r2rml/WD-r2rml-20110914/

Eric, can you please copy your stuff in [1] so that in is self-
containing and make it pub rules compliant [3] (note that in sec.3
there is still the note 'Todo (SQL datatypes): Follow ISSUE-48
referencing style used in R2RML.' - pls double check if this has been
done and remove).

Souri, if you confirm that you have done everything from your side, I
can take over from now (that is, clean up, copy it to [2] and make it
pub rules compliant).

As the URIs [1] and [2] indicate I'd like to complete this by EoB,
today, so please let me know where we are ASAP.

The next steps will be taken care of by the chairs and Ivan
(transition announcement, etc.).

Cheers,
	Michael
