Add note in Section 6.6.2 consistent with TTML 1.0 on fontSize per Action-97: https://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/actions/97

Note: If a specific fontSize is unsupported, follow the semantics for a presentation processor defined in TTML 1.0 (Section 8.2.9).
