Most of our docs include: - a change log at the end, see for example, https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dqv/#change-history And a Diff. ReSpec will automatically generate a Diff for you for erach version of the same doc but if in this case you want to show the diff between the new work and the original SSN documentation then this is easily done with the tool at http://services.w3.org/htmldiff HTH Phil.
