Speed, heading and elevation graphic

Hi everybody,

I have been drawing a better version of the graphic I drew the second
day of the f2f meeting when discussing about speed, heading,
elevation, etc... Find it attached here.

"Ground speed" and "heading" would be the 2D values that we have in
the current version of the spec.
