Can we than put *hard* time limit of max 20min on this open/close procedure?
I have impression that last two meetings we pretty much spent fiddling
with a tracker while we have some pretty fundamental issues (like
ISSUE-16) to work on. As I said, please feel free to revert my last
change to the agenda wiki page!
