Actually, that is a very good point. I've been meaning to add a section
about the use of ETags but I got distracted by other things.

The point is that clients should always send an If-Not-Modified header
when attempting to patch a document. If nothing else, just consider it
as best practice. That should fix the concurrency issues we may get.
